About Fred
Fred Pernet is a business agility coach with over 12 years of experience in lean-agile, design thinking, system thinking, jobs-to-be-done, and AI automation. He works as an external faculty coach, trainer, and advisor for McKinsey & Company, helping their clients and staff deliver faster sustainable business impact by influencing mindsets and coaching behaviors. He has won two UK National Agile awards and has a proven track record in various industries such as banking, telecom, shipping, retail, oil, and gas. He is also skilled in leading and supporting enterprise lean-agile product ownership, leading enterprise lean-agile transformations, executive business agility advising, training and coaching, leading lean-agile delivery, agile digital market agility training and coaching, leading design sprints and ‘jobs-to-be-done’ customer insight sprints, developing and delivering ‘education-led-transformation’ capability building program, UML, swim-lane analysis, data flow diagrams, business process mapping, STATIK analysis, and AI automation facilitation. He holds a B.Eng in Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from Teesside University. He is also certified in Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI) Jobs-to-be-done White Belt, Kanban coaching professional, SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the British Computer Society. He is fluent in English and French. He is passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions for his clients and sharing his knowledge and expertise with others.
