Throughout their career, Alex has collaborated with teams spanning various countries in America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, including the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Sweden, Spain, UAE, India, and Australia.

They are the first individual from Colombia and the only one from Mexico to become a Certified Team Coach (CTC) and hold certifications as a Certified Agile Leader (CAL II), Scrum Foundations Educator (SFE), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM and CSP-PO) by Scrum Alliance.
